Morning Trisha! Wake up, wake up it's morning! It's time to smell the roses! Do you ever have nightmares? I didn't have not one nightmare last night! I didn't even sleep all in a ball like I normally do! I felt like a turtle being set free from it's shell! Eek that's not a pretty sight I guess lol

TY TY TY TY I slept! I did! I did! I slept all night long and I didn't have not one nightmare! I'm leaving this post up forever and ever! I didn't even sleep in that ball position that I normally do and I didn't wake up all night long! Whew! I am leaving this post up forever!

Now I'm trying to figure out what a turtle without a shell would look like? Not a worm because it would be all flat and squishy maybe it would resemble a Heterosomata? Just wondering...I have to admit that the thought leaves me discombobulated!

Absolutely wonderful; I prayed as I tucked myself in last night and this morning as I poured my coffee in that same cup again I wondered how you did - so turned on the computer and there it was!!! praise God - Blessings on your day - June
Yikes it works too good! After being here for a few moments this am, I got really sleepy all of a sudden. I went back to bed and fell asleep! I'm sitting here awake but my eyes still feel all sleepy.
I had a strange dream tho, not a bad one on my second sleep this am.
I was in school and doing finals, they assigned me to supervise a young boy with a serious learning disability. My job was to keep him company and work on my final. The final consist of labeling cake pans and different items with sticky papers. It wasn't difficult but every time I tried to gather my sticky strips with the item, the boy would take off running and I had to go fetch him. I would be so lost when I got him back, and most of my work was scattered about and the sticky strips had been switched around. The final itself wasn't difficult, it was keeping up with the boy and then having all my work messed with. It truly was exhuasting and a great work out!

Good Morning, Hailey, I have sleeping issues also. I was wondering if possibly you have tried alternative ways with helping your insomnia. Such as hypnosis or acupuncture? I haven't, but I have heard others have been very successful with these. Just a thought. Take care, don't lose faith and I love you, Karen
PS-google has all kinds of sites to help suggest what and what not to do at night. Sort of like timelines on eating, exercising, computing, drinking, the do's and don'ts, but I imagine the smart girl that you are, you've tried it. Also, have you ever had a sleep study done? My 30 year old daughter has sleep apnea and after knowing that and getting the treatment she needed has made all the difference in the world.
